I only read and review specific genres. I am interested in women’s fiction, YA, middle grade, Christian fiction, and children’s picture books. If you are still interested in sending me a request for a book that is outside of these genres, I will take it into consideration and respond if I decide that I am a suitable match for it! I will not read anything in the horror, supernatural, or dystopian genres. Additionally, if a story contains a large amount of sexual content, I will not take it into consideration.
My reviews are always my honest opinions. After reading a book, if I decide I did not like it, I will not post a review featured on this blog. However, I will contact you with my reasons why and happily give more specific feedback upon request. Out of all the books I’ve read and reviewed, I have not had to do this yet.
Reviews will include a brief summary of the book, my overall opinions, and a star rating. They will be posted here on my blog, as well as on Goodreads.
Due to the large number of requests I receive, I am only accepting review requests for physical copies at the moment. E-books are difficult for me (super visual reader here!) so when contacting for a review request, please clarify that the book will be packaged and sent through the mail.
Just to clarify, I do not charge any fees for reviews. I have gotten multiple questions about payment, and my answer is always the same. I do it because I love reading and genuinely enjoy reviewing. There are no fees.

Note: As of late 2026, I am obsessed with children’s middle grade fiction! I think their beauty and magic is so often missed. If you would like to contact me with a review request for a middle grade novel, my answer will most likely be yes!
